About the Press

The Allenhurst Press is the all-in-one home for community news, events, and borough information from the Borough of Allenhurst, New Jersey — a half-square-mile seaside community incorporated in 1897, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the towns of Deal and Loch Arbour.

Our mission is simple: to give our community a modern, accessible, and trustworthy place to learn what is happening in and around Allenhurst — from Borough Council meetings to the summer concert series to the tide chart.

Our editorial standards

Every article and event on this site is reviewed by a human editor before publication. Factual corrections are noted at the end of the article. We welcome letters to the editor, op-eds, and reader-submitted photography — all are reviewed before appearing on the site.
